SUPPLIES;
Rags (Item 12, Appendix D)
Shield (Item 33, Appendix D)
Gloves (Item 27, Appendix D)
Goggles (Item 26, Appendix D)
PROCEDURE
1.
Ensure engine is not running.
2.
Position ball valve lever (A) to UNLOAD position.
3.
Pull up then push down each hydraulic lever (B) three times
WARNING
FRH hydraulic fluid may contain Tricresyl Phosphate which, if taken internally,
can produce paralysis. Hydraulic fluid may be absorbed through the skin. Wear
long sleeves, gloves, goggles, and face shield. If FRH get in eyes, wash them
immediately and get medical aid immediately. If FRH gets on skin, wash
thoroughly prior to eating or smoking.  Application of these measures is
considered an effective control of the hazard.
Serious injury could result from high pressure hydraulic fluid spray, If this
procedure is not followed when disconnecting any hydraulic lines or fittings.
4.
If a hydraulic line is to be disconnected, wrap affected fitting with a rag before disconnecting.
