Stop engine and turn engine circuit switch OFF.
Step 2.
Check keel cooler for marine growth and other foreign matter. Also check for leaks, or any sign
of corrosion.

Clean keel coolers with metal brush.
b.
Replace keel cooler (refer to TM 5-1940-277-20).
