Strap, 10,000 lb.
The strap is used to secure the components on the pallet. It can also be used to secure the landing roller pedestal
on the tip of the launching nose during launch of bridge. It is also used around the bays of the bridge during disassembly
of double story on the far bank.

The equipment bag is used to hold retainer clips.
