POWERPLANT RIGHT BANK OIL COOLER FRAME AND BRACKETS REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 9)
NOTE
Because of space limitations, it may be necessary to inter-
change like-size sockets and wrenches to get at a particular
screw.
REMOVAL:
1.
U s i n g 1/2 inch socket and extension, remove two a s s e m b l e d
w a s h e r b o l t s and cushioned clamps (A).
2.
U s i n g 1/2 inch socket and extension, remove
w a s h e r b o l t (B).
3.
W h i l e supporting ignition unit (C), and using
a 1/2 inch wrench, remove two capscrews (D).
4.
R e m o v e ignition unit (C) with clamps and
leads from frame.
5.
U s i n g 1/2 inch socket, remove two capscrews (E) and
s e l f - l o c k i n g nuts from bracket. Use 1/2 inch wrench
t o keep nuts from turning.
