TRANSVERSE HANDLING UNIT The two telescopic tubes and rollers on
each transverse girder of pallet frame that function to spread bridge quarters
to roadway width.

PALLET BRIDGE REMOTE CONTROL LEVER RELEASE The two
spring operated trip levers mounted on pallet frame that function to actuate
bridge upper coupling locks automatically.

CARRIER The outer mounting bracket on each telescopic tube that
functions to align and retain bridge quarter during expanding, retracting, and
advancement.

TRANSPORT ROLLERS The two rollers mounted on top of each telescopic
tube that support bridge halves when advancing bridge.
