Drive the guillotine (7) into the flexor slot (9). Use a sledgehammer.

Push the chute bolts (6) to the locked position and rotate.

Lift the intermediate section (11).

Install 110 ton shackle (12) on spreader beam (13).
{1} Remove nut (14) and washer (15) from shackle bolt (16).
{2} Remove bolt (16) and washer (17) from shackle (12).
