Install the antenna (4) in the transceiver antenna receptacle (5).

Install the CNB350 nickel cadmium battery pack (6) in the transceiver (2).
a.
Slide the battery pack (6) into the battery cavity.
b.
Rotate the battery lock screw (7) counterclockwise two revolutions prior to tightening.
c.
Turn the battery lock screw (7) clockwise until hand tight.
