Once the mooring bits are placed on the pallets and secured, they are stacked 2 pallets high. The pallets are placed in the 40 ft open end container with the 4 ft by 12 ft fenders. The stack of mooring bit pallets are secured to the container deck tracks with ratchet strap tie downs.
