TRACK SUPPORT ROLLER REPLACEMENT (Sheet 8 of 10)

Position inner bearing cone (D) to support
roller assembly (F).
Have second person position support roller (F)

and inner bearing cone (D) on support axle
Install outer bearing cone (E) into position
on axle .
Screw round nut (G) onto shaft. Using face
wrench socket, tighten round nut (G).
9.
Loosen round nut (G) about 1/2 turn so support
roller (F) turns easy.
10.
Rotate support roller (F) while retightening
nut (G) until bearings bind. Back nut off
1/8 turn.
