Using 9/16 inch socket, remove six locknuts
(P), four washers (Q), and two plates (R). Throw
locknuts away.
With other technician, remove stowage

box (S).
Using 9/16 inch socket with extension)

remove six locknuts (T) and washers (U).
Throw locknuts away.
Remove inner plate (V).

REPAIR
DISASSEMBLY
1.
Using 3/8 inch wrench,
remove four plugs (A)
from inside box (B).
Using pliers, bend three

locks (C) away from six
screws (D).
Using 1/2 inch wrench, remove
3.
six screws (D).
Remove three springs (E)
4.
from latch plates (F).
Go on to Sheet 4
