Using socket, remove nut (C).

Slide plunger (D) with pivot (B) off rod (E).

Remove pivot (B) from plunger (D).
Slip sleeve (F) off rod (E).

Using 1/2 inch wrench, remove nut (G).
9.
Using 7/16 inch wrench, remove nut (H), lockwasher (J), flat washer (K), and rod (E)
