OVERHEAD CYLINDER RELIEF VALVE (RV9) AND FLOW REGULATOR (PCV1)
REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 4)
Holding elbow (C) with 12 inch adjustable

wrench, use 1-1/4 inch wrench to remove
hose assembly "CN" (D).

Holding elbow (E) with 12 inch adjustable
wrench, use 1-1/4 inch open end wrench
to remove hose assembly "CL" (F).

Holding adapter (G) wit h 1-1/8 inch wrenc
use 1-1/4 inch wrench to remove hose
assembly "CO" (H).
Using adjust able wrench, remove

elbow (J) and attached parts from
cap end of cylinder (K).
6.
Using care to prevent damage, clamp
relief valve (L) in vise.
Holding regulator (M) with 15 inch adjustable
7.
wrench, use 1-3/8 inch wrench to remove
bushing (N) and attached fittings.

Holding bushing (P) wit h 1-3/8 inch wrench,
use 15 inch adjustable wrench to remove
regulator (M).
Using 1-1/8 inch wrench, remove nipple (Q) and attached bushing (P).

Using 1-1/8 inch wrench, remove nipple (R) and attached elbow (J).
11.
Using 12 inch adjustable wrench, remove elbow (S) and attached fittings.
12.
Remove relief valve (L) from vise.
