HEU TONGUE CYLINDER HYDRAULIC HOSES "AE", "AF", "AG", "AH" AND
COUNTER BALANCE VALVE (DB) REPLACEMENT (Sheet 3 of 5)
11. Hold adapter (M) with adjustable wrench and use wrench to remove hose assembly "AG" (K) from adapter (M).
12. Use adjustable wrench to remove adapter (M) from counter balance valve "DB" (E), remove preformed packing (C).
13. Hold elbow (N) with an adjustable wrench and use wrench to disconnect tube "AH" (P) from elbow (N).
14. Hold adapter (Q) with adjustable wrench and use wrench to remove tube "AH" (P) from adapter (Q).
15. Use an adjustable wrench to remove adapter (Q) from counter balance valve "DB" (E) and remove preformed
packing (C).
16. Use adjustable wrench to remove elbow (N) from cylinder "EB" (L) and remove preformed packing (C).
17. Use socket and ratchet to remove four bolts (R) from counter balance valve "DB" (E). Remove counter balance valve
"DB"(E) and mounting bands (S) from cylinder "EB" (L).
