HEU HOSE ASSEMBLIES "AR", "AS" AND RELATED FITTINGS REPLACEMENT

INSTALLATION:
1.
Install new preformed packing (A) into elbow (B). Use pipe wrench to hold nipple (C) and use adjustable wrench to
install elbow (B) onto nipple (C).
2.
Install new preformed packing (A) into elbow (D). Use adjustable wrench to hold elbow (B) and use wrench to install
elbow (D) onto elbow (B).
3.
Hold elbow (D) with adjustable wrench and use wrench to connect hose assembly "AR" (E) to elbow (D).
4.
Install bushing (F) onto hose assembly "AR" (E). Position hose "AR" (E) in clamp half (G) and join clamp halves (G)
together.
5.
Install five bolts (H) thru clamp halves (G). Use socket and ratchet to tighten five bolts (H).
