4.16.1.19 Make sure the hydraulic cylinders operate and retract the crane stabilizer slide frames
inward to the stowed position.
4.16.1.20 Recover the locking pins and securing clips from the vehicle cab, and insert the
locking pins and retaining clips into position to secure the stabilizer sliding frames.
