REAR EMERGENCY STOP CONTROL STOWAGE BOX AND CABLE PLUG RECEPTACLES
REPLACEMENT (Contd)
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect wiring harness connector (11) on wiring harness (3) from receptacle (10) on side of
stowage box (6).
2.
Support stowage box (6), and remove four nuts (4), washers (5), screws (7), and stowage box (6) from
support bracket (13) on left side of pallet (2).
3.
Remove four screws (8), dust cap (9), receptacle (10), and gasket (12) from side of stowage box (6).
4.
Disconnect harness assembly connector (1) on wiring harness (3) from receptacle (16) on right side
of pallet (2).
5.
Remove four screws (14) and receptacle (16) from bracket (15) on right side of pallet (2).
INSTALLATION
1.
Install wiring harness (3) and receptacle (16) on bracket (15) at right side of pallet (2) with four
screws (14).
2.
Connect harness assembly connector (1) to receptacle (16) on right side of pallet (2).
3.
Install gasket (12) and receptacle (10) on side of stowage box (6) with dust cap (9) and four screws (8).
4.
Install stowage box (6) on support bracket (13) on left side of pallet (2) with four screws (7), washers
(5), and nuts (4).
5.
Connect wiring harness (3) and harness assembly connector (11) to receptacle (10) on side of
stowage box (6).
6.
Place rear emergency stop control unit and cable in stowage box. Refer to TM 5-5420-280-10.
