REMOVE D-RING/CLOVERLEAF FITTINGS

All personnel must wear personal flotation device, hard hat, safety shoes and gloves
during RRDF operations and maintenance. Failure to observe these precautions
could result in serious injury or death.
Beware of other craft or objects coming alongside while working outboard installing
the bolt and washer. Serious injury may result if body parts are crushed between
module and other craft or objects.
Use extreme caution while working outboard and lifting heavy objects as the
possibility of falling overboard exists, which could cause serious injury or death.
