PREPARATION FOR MOVEMENT - REMOVAL OF MOORING BITTS
REMOVE MOORING BITT

All personnel must wear personal flotation device, hard hat, safety shoes and gloves
during FC operations and maintenance. Failure to observe these precautions could
result in serious injury or death.
Attempting to remove mooring bitts from the FC in higher sea conditions than Sea
State 0 could cause injury or possible death to personnel and/or damage equipment.

Use fork lift and lift chain to support mooring bitt (1).
