Remove square nut (5), wood grip (6) and round head screw (7) from crank (8).

Remove two pan head screws (9), bearing plate (10), seal washer (11) and o-ring (12).
5.
Discard seal washer (11) and o-ring (12).
6.
Remove eight hex head screws (13), cover (14), o-ring (15) and washer (16).
7.
Discard o-ring (15).
8.
Remove shaft (4) from rotor (17).
9.
Remove rotor (17) from pump body (18).
10. Remove three vanes (19), spring pins (20) and vane springs (21) from rotor (17).
11. Remove vacuum breaker (22) from pump body (18).
12. Remove check valve assembly (23) from pump body (18).
13. Remove fitting (24) from pump body (18).
