Test Hookup (Sheet 3 of 3)
7. Position ground hop hose assembly with clamp and
filter to turbosupercharger elbow (left and right).
8. Using 7/16-inch socket and ratchet, tighten clamp
nut to secure hose assembly to turbosupercharger
elbow.
Assign one crewmember with a fire
extinguisher a s a f i r e g u a r d d u r i n g a l l
powerplant tests.
NOTE
During these tests, the electrical instruments,
switches and warning lights in the vehicle
w i l l be operative.
All mechanical and
hydraulic controls and vehicle tachometer
will be inoperative.
It will be necessary
to manually position or actuate the throttle
or shifting control and fuel shut off.
Install fabricated tachometer assembly.
