REMOVAL:
NOTE
Fuel drain plug is removed to
drain fuel tanks (preliminary
procedures).
INSPECTION:
Inspect fuel drain plug for stripped threads or damaged flats. Replace unserviceable
plug.
INSTALLATION:
1. Coat fuel drain plug threads with grease .
2. Using extension and ratchet, install fuel drain plug (A).
3. Install fuel drain access covers (page 7-185).
4. Fill fuel tanks (TM 5-5420-202-1 O).
