ACCELERATOR THROTTLE LINKAGE REPLACEMENT (Sheet 4 of 9)

Using 1/2 inch wrench, loosen nut (S).
12.
Unscrew clevis (H) and nut (S) from
rod (R).
13.
Using scribe, mark location of clamp
(Q) on rod (R).
NOTE
Count and write down number of
turns needed to unscrew clevis
(H).
Using 7/16 inch wrench, remove screw
14.
(T) and lockwasher (U) from clamp (Q).
Remove clamp (Q), spring (V), and flat
15.
washer (W) from rod (R).
Using pliers, remove cotter pin (X) from straight pin (Y).
16.
Remove straight pin (Y).
17.
Using 1/2 inch wrench, loosen nut (Z).
18.
NOTE
Count and write down number of turns needed to unscrew clevis (AA).
Unscrew clevis (AA) and nut (Z) from rod (R).

Go on to Sheet 5
