FIXED FIRE EXTINGUISHER DELAY BOTTLE AND TUBES REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 6)
REMOVAL:
Holding manifold (A) with 1-1/16 inch

wrench, use 3/8 inch wrench to remove
tube assembly (B).
Holding adapter (C) with 1-1/16 inch wrench, use 1-3/8 inch wrench to remove tube

assembly (B) from adapter (C).
If tube assembly (B) is to be removed use 9/16 inch socket and ratchet to remove two

screws (D) and lockwashers (E)
4.
Using fingers, remove support cap (F) and cushion (G). Remove tube assembly (B).
Holding adapter (H) with 1-1/16
inch wrench, use 1-1/4 inch wrench to remove rear tube
5.
assembly (J).
6.
Using 9/16 inch wrench, remove nut (K) lockwasher (L) and bolt (M) to strap (N).
Remove delay bottle (P) from strap (N).
7.
Go on to Sheet 3
