TOOLS: 7/16 in. socket with 3/8 in. drive

5 in. extension with 3/8 in. drive

Ratchet with 3/8 in. drive

Slip joint pliers, conduit style, with plastic jaw inserts

SUPPLIES:

Lockwashers (17 required)

REMOVAL:

Make sure there are no smoke

grenades in dischargers. Acciden-

t a l firing of grenade could

hurt or kill you.

Set MASTER BATTERY switch (A)

to OFF.

Using socket, extension, and ratchet,

remove screw (B) and lockwasher (C)

securing clamp (D) and crew compartment

harness assembly (E) to pushbutton

unit (C).

Using pliers, disconnect electrical

connector (G) from pushbutton unit (F)

and electrical connector (H) from

p o w e r box (J).
