WARNING
Dry Cleaning Solvent P-D-680 is toxic and flammable. To avoid
injury, wear protective goggles and gloves and use in a well-
ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes, and do
not breathe vapors. Do not use near open fire or excessive heat.
The flash point for Type I Dry Cleaning Solvent is 100F (38C),
and for Type II is 140F (60C). If you become dizzy while using
Dry Cleaning Solvent, get fresh air immediately and get medical
aid. If contact with eyes is made, wash your eyes with water and
get medical aid immediately.
FRH hydraulic fluid may contain tricresyl phosphate which, if
taken internally, can produce paralysis. Hydraulic fluid may be
absorbed through the skin. Wear long sleeves, gloves, goggles, and
faceshield. If FRH gets in eyes, wash them immediately and get
medical aid immediately. If FRH gets on skin, thoroughly wash
with soap and water. Wash hands thoroughly prior to eating or
smoking. Application of these measures is considered an effective
control of the hazard.
NOTE
Filter assembly can be removed without draining the hydraulic
system.
Service hydraulic reservoir filter as-
sembly (page 3-200).
Operate hydraulic system for 5 min-
utes (TM 5-5420-226-10).
Check for hydraulic fluid leaks.
Any Class III
leak.
Check hydraulic reservoir fluid level
and fill as required. (TM 5-5420-226-
10).
