VALVE BANK ASSEMBLY CONTROLS REPLACEMENT (Sheet 1 of 2)
Slip joint pliers
TOOLS:
Hammer
Punch
Cotter pins
SUPPLIES:
REFERENCE:
REMOVAL:
Using pliers, remove
1.
two cotter pins(A) and
washers (B). Throw pins
(A) away.
Using pliers, remove ten
2.
cotter pins (C)and throw away.
Remove 10 straight pins (D) and
3.
10 links (E).
Using hammer and punch, tap out pin (F).
4.
Using pliers slowly pull out pin (F)
5.
and remove five control levers (G) and
10 spacers (H).
Manually remove five knobs (J) by unscrewing.
