14 in. pipe wrench (2 required)

Filter element
Lockwasher
REMOVAL:
1.
Using pliers if needed, remove
wing nut (A).
Manually remove lockwasher (B),

nameplate (C), and hood (D).
Throw lockwasher (B) away.
Remove filter element (E).
3.
Using pipe wrench to hold coupling
4.
(F), use adjustable wrench on flats
to remove body (G).
Using pipe wrench to hold nipple (H),
5.
use pipe wrench to remove coupling
(F).
Using pipe wrench, remove nipple (H).
