HEU HOSE ASSEMBLIES "BN" AND "BP" REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 2)
INSTALLATION:
1.
Install preformed packing (A) on elbow (B) and use adjustable wrench to install elbow (B) into bulkhead (C).
2.
Use 15/16 inch wrench to install hose "BN" (D) onto elbow (B).
3.
Install preformed packing (A) onto quick disconnect (E) and use 7/8 inch wrench to install quick disconnect (E)
onto hose assembly "BN" (D).
4.
Connect quick disconnect (E) to hold down cylinder hose assembly (F).
5.
Install hold down cylinder armor (page 3-253).
6.
Bleed hydraulic system (page 3-72).
7.
Service hydraulic system (LO-12).
8.
Check for leaks and correct as necessary.
9.
Install hold down cylinder armor (page 3-253).
