Remove anchor stabilizers (37).
12. Install anchor stabilizers (37) on bulkhead (39) forward of mooring box.

Place anchor stabilizers (37) on brackets (40) on bulkhead (39) forward of mooring box.
b.
Using ratchet and socket, install two bolts (38) to attach each stabilizer (37) to brackets (40).
c.
Return ratchet and socket to container side door mount.
