Withdraw wedge (21) as far as possible from carpenter stop (13).

Lay mooring line (7) in wedge (21).

Close latch (19) and secure by inserting latch pin (18).

Hammer wedge (21) into carpenter stop (13), clamping mooring line (7).
DEPLOY ASSEMBLED ONSHORE ANCHORS

Manually or using a bulldozer, excavate a depression in sand where anchors are to be stored.

Using two onshore personnel, lift anchors (11) by stabilizers (22) until lower fluke (23) drops down pointing into
sand depression.
