Secure the buoy (33) to container.
a.
Remove quick release pin (34) from pin (35).
b.
Remove pin (34) from container bracket (36).

Supporting weight of buoy (33), place buoy shackle assembly (37) over container bracket (36).
d.
Insert pin (35) through container bracket (36) under buoy shackle assembly (37).
e.
Install quick release pin (34) through pin (35).
10. Close and latch shut side and end doors on container.
