DISASSEMBLE CAUSEWAY

All personnel must wear personal flotation device, hard hat, safety shoes and gloves
during FC operations and maintenance. Failure to observe these precautions could
result in serious injury or death.
Place the hands on top or on the outside of ropes and lines so that in an emergency
the lines can be released quickly to preclude being pulled into the equipment. Failure
to observe these precautions could result in serious injury or death.

Disassemble causeway from trident pierhead using warping tugs, ropes/lines, flush turn tubes and lift lugs.
