WARNING
Hydraulic cylinder must be supported during installation. Failure to comply could
result in injury to personnel.
5.
Lift rod end of hydraulic cylinder (2) and slide wood block under end.
6.
Position clevis (6) on mounting boss (7).
7.
Install clevis pin (5) in clevis (6).
8.
Using external retaining ring pliers, install two new retaining rings (4) in clevis pin (5).
9.
Tighten rod locknut (12).
10. Using cloth, wipe fittings (1 and 3).
11. Remove wood block.
12. Connect fitting (3) to hydraulic cylinder (2). Tighten fitting (3).
13. Connect fitting (1) to hydraulic cylinder (2). Tighten fitting (1).
14. Service EASY container hydraulic system. (WP 0233 00)
15. Bleed EASY drawer hydraulic cylinder. (WP 0251 00)
16. Pump handle (14) ten times.
