Failure to observe these precautions could result in serious injury or death.NOTEThe following procedure is typical for all flexors.1.Inspect uninstalled flexors (1) for separation of the polyurethane material (2) in the center. If, found replace flexor (1).2.Inspect uninstalled flexors (1) for cracks in the external weldments (3) on the ends. If found, replace flexor (1).3.Inspect installed flexors (1) for separation of the polyurethane material (2) in the center. If found, replace flexor (1) after the exercise or operation is completed.4.Inspect installed flexors (1) for cracks in the external weldments (3) on the ends. If found, replace flexor (1).
