Section II PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
3-3. General
To insure that the boat cradle is ready for operation at all times, you must inspect it systematically so that
defects may be discovered and corrected before they result in serious damage or failure. The necessary
preventive maintenance services to be performed by you are listed in table 3-1. The sequence number
indicates the order in which you should perform the preventive maintenance checks and services. You shall
record all deficiencies together with the corrective action taken on DA
Form 2404 Equipment Inspection and
Maintenance Worksheet).
3-4. Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services
Refer to table 3-1 for a listing of operator/crew preventive maintenance checks and services.
