11. Manually and gradually actuate throttle by pulling forward on throttle lever to full
open position.
CAUTION
Do not stall test for more than 30 seconds
at full throttle or allow transmission oil
to go into red area on
temperature

Note tachometer reading while operating engine at full throttle for no more than 30
