TRANSMISSION SIDE OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY SERVICE (Sheet 5 of 8)
Install element (A) with reinforcement (B) into shell (C).
1.
Put new packing (D) into groove of shell (C).
2.
Position cover (E) with new gasket (F) to shell (C).
3.
4. Install six new washer seals (G) and screws (H) securing cover (E) to shell (C).
5. Using torque wrench with 7/16 inch socket, tighten six screws (H) to 20-25 lb-in (2-3 Nm).
6. Secure screws (H) in sets of three (or in pairs) with lockwire: (J).
