FENDER SUPPORT NO. 4 (LEFT AND RIGHT) REPLACEMENT (Sheet 3 of 4)
CLEANING AND INSPECTION:
1.
Inspect extension bracket for damage and
cracks, Replace if defective.
2.
Inspect threaded holes and studs for thread
damage. Replace or repair if defective.
INSTALLATION:
Using 1-inch socket and hinged handle, install

fender support (A) to hull support (E) and
secure with four screws (C) and lockwashers (D).
Using torque wrench and 1-1/8 inch socket,
tighten screws (C) to 125-130 lb-ft (169-176
Using 3/4 inch socket and 7/8 inch wrench,
secure top flange of support (A) to top of
hull support with two screws (E) and nuts (F).
