PERSONNEL HEATER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (Sheet 5 of 5)
Position coupling (Q) and coupling clamp (R) on heater (D).

Close coupling clamp (R) and, using 7/16 inch wrench, tighten nut to secure exhaust pipe

to heater (D).

Using torque wrench with extension, tighten clamp (R) nut to 60 lb-ft (81 N-m).
12.
Using flat-tip screwdriver, tighten two clamps (L) securing heater (D) in bracket (K).
13.
Make sure all personnel heater connections,
especially exhaust pipe, are tight and
secure.
14.
Push quick-disconnect coupling (S) into
fuel hose line (T) to connect line to
heater.
15.
Connect harness cable connector (U) to
heater connector (V).
