Check to see that all load restraining straps are in place and properly tightened.

Attach center ring of lifting sling to crane hook.
(5)
Raise sling until four hook ends of sling are a few inches off ground.
(6)
Attach four hooks of sling to four lifting rings of pallet.
(7)
lowly raise lifting sling until lines are taut.
(8)
Attach one guide rope to each side of pallet at bumper end. One person is to man each of the guide
ropes.
(9)
Raise pallet until it is higher than trailer.
(10) Move pallet over trailer bed and use guide ropes to center pallet over adapter.
(11) Move pallet so that pallet center is directly over trailer bogie (center between wheels).
