FUEL PUMP-TO-FUEL-WATER SEPARATOR HOSE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (Sheet 4 of 5)
INSTALLATION:
NOTE
Apply sealing compound to male threads
before installation.
1.
Install hose assembly (A) to elbow (B).
Using 7/8 inch wrench, tighten
2.
nut (C) to elbow (B).
Using 7/8 inch wrench, install
3.
hose assembly (A) to fuel pump (D).
4.
Remove drain pan and rags placed under
manual drain valve.
TEST:
1.
Connect engine for powerplant ground
hop (page 5-25).
Using 7/16 inch wrench, turn fuel-water
2.
separator bleed cap (A) to the left until
loose.
