FUEL BACKFLOW VALVE REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 4)
REMOVAL:
1. Using 7/8 inch combination
wrench, loosen nut (A) from
elbow (B).
2. Insert fuel line plug in
hose assembly (C).
3. Do step 1 for hose
assembly (D).
4. Insert fuel line plug in
hose assembly (D).
5. Using 9/16 inch combination
wrench, hold reducer (E).
6. Using 1 inch combination wrench, disconnect fuel filter (F) from reducer (E).
7. Using 5/8 inch combination wrench, loosen nut (G). Remove tube assembly (H) from
fuel backflow valve (J).
8. Using 7/16 inch socket, remove two screws, flat washers, and lockwashers (K).
9. Remove fuel backflow valve (J) from bracket (L).
