I n s t a l l assembled fan and hub on shaft
(E).
5.
U s i n g 1-1/4 inch s o c k e t , install washer
and hex nut (F). U s i n g t o r q u e w r e n c h ,
t i g h t e n n u t f r o m 4 5 - 5 5 lb-ft (61-75
Nm).
6.
U s i n g feeler gage, check clearance between fan (H) and housing (J). If clearance is
l e s s than 0.62 inch all around, loosen four screws (A) and shift housing (J) until clearance
i s obtained.
7.
U s i n g torque wrench, turn nut (F) clockwise and check that clutch releases (fan turns)
between 18-22 lb-ft (25-30 Nm). If clutch does not release between 18-22 1b-ft (25-
30 Nm), notify support maintenance.
8.
U s i n g slip joint pliers, install new cotter pin (G).
P o s i t i o n fan cover (K) over fans.

U s i n g 9/16 inch socket, install four
screws and lockwashers (L).
