P o s i t i o n two pieces of fan housing (J) o n t o p o w e r p l a n t .

U s i n g t w o 9 / 1 6 i n c h w r e n c h e s , i n s t a l l t w o screws, washers, and nuts (K) securing two

p i e c e s of fan housing (J) together.
U s i n g 9/16 inch socket, install four screws and w a s h e r s (L) securing fan housing (J) to

f a n shroud (A).
U s i n g hands, position two fans (M) onto engine.

U s i n g 1-1/4 inch socket, install on each fan
14.
w a s h e r (N) and nut (P) securing fans (M) to
engine.
Using 1-1/4 inch socket and torque wrench,
15.
t i g h t e n nuts (P) to 50-55 lb-ft (68-75 Nm).
B a c k nuts (P) off until slot in nut (P) alines
16.
w i t h hole in shaft. Using pliers, install new
cotter pins (Q).
