FRONT FIXED AND MOVEABLE HOSE ARMOR REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 2)
INSTALLATION:
NOTE
Have second technician hold armor in alinement during step 3.
1.
Have second technician hold fixed armor
(A) in place on boom and outrigger
assembly (B), with holes alined.
Manually install two screws (C) two

screws (D) and four lockwashers (E).
Position moveable armor (F) with bar in

grooves of boom and outrigger assembly
(E). Slide moveable armor down grooves
until alined with fixed armor (A).
4.
Using socket, tighten two screws (C) and
two screws (D).
5.
Insert pin (G) through fixed armor (A) and
movable armor (F). Use hammer if necessary.
Using pliers, install two cotter pins (H)
