.WARNING.
The under-ride bar assembly must be inspected anytime a collision
with another vehicle or stationary object takes place. If any major
component is found to be damaged, all major components of under-
ride bar assembly must be replaced. Failure to comply may result
in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
The structural integrity of the under-ride bar assembly cannot be
tested by Field Maintenance after a collision. As a result, the
purpose of this procedure is to remove and disassemble the under-
ride bar assembly to determine if any visible damage has resulted
during vehicle operation. If damage to any one component is
discovered, the complete under-ride bar assembly will be replaced.
