PREPARATION FOR USE - INSTALLATION OF DUNNAGE MATS
INSTALL DUNNAGE MATS

All personnel must wear personal flotation device, hard hat, safety shoes and gloves
during FC operations and maintenance. Failure to observe these precautions could
result in serious injury or death.
Each 4 ft X 10 ft dunnage mat weighs 300 lbs. Exercise care and use appropriate
equipment when handling heavy weighted objects. Do not lift materials or equipment
over 50 lbs without using appropriate material handling equipment as injury to
personnel could occur.
Container doors must be latched in the open position. Failure to comply could result
in serious injury or death to personnel.

Opening doors while the ISO container is on a soft or uneven surface; or, moving or
lifting container with doors open will damage the container and/or doors.
