Cut out the damaged area with a power jig using a fine tooth, metal blade.

Using a grinder or disc sander, grind and sand the cutout edges to a minimum 20º included angle.

Bevel edges back from the edge a distance equal to 12 times the laminate thickness.

NOTE
The thickness of the repair patch and components to be used depends of the portion of the
hull being repaired.
