FUEL-WATER SEPARATOR FLUID PRESSURE FILTER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (Sheet 6 of 7)

Using 1/2 inch socket and extension, install
two capscrews, lockwashers, and washers (E).

Position clamp (F) around sensor wires (C)
and (D) and, using 1/2 inch socket, install
capscrew, lockwasher, and washer (G) and
clamp (F) onto fuel-water separator filter (H).
7.
Using 1/2 inch socket, tighten capscrews (B)
(G) and (E).
8.
Using 9/16 inch wrench, install condensate
drain line (J) to elbow (K).
Remove plastic barrier material and tape

from openings of fuel inlet line (L) and
elbow (M).
Using 7/8 inch wrench, install fuel line (L)

to elbow (M).
Remove plastic barrier material and tape from

openings of fuel outlet line (N), smoke generator
line (P), and tee (Q).
Using 7/8 inch wrench, install outlet line (N)
12.
and smoke generator line (P) to tee (Q).
