Install assembled fan and hub on shaft
(E).
Using 1-1/4 inch socket, install washer

and hex nut (F). Using torque wrench,
t i g h t e n nut from 45-55 lb-ft (61-75
NZm).

Using feeler gage, check clearance between fan (H) and housing (J). If clearance is less
than 0.062 inch all around, loosen four screws (A) and shift housing (J) until clearance
is obtained.
7.
Using torque wrench, turn nut (F) clockwise and check that clutch releases (fan turns)
between 18-22 lb-ft (25-30 NZm). If clutch does not release between 18-22 lb-ft (25-
30 NZm), notify support maintenance.

Using slip joint pliers, install cotter pin (G).
Position fan cover (K) over fans.

Using 9/16 inch socket, install four
screws and lockwashers (L).
11.
Install top deck (page 16-23).
